Monday, July 4 Last month marked the first anniversary of my move back to Hong Kong. It's amazing how fast the year has gone by. Too fast perhaps, but in retrospect a great many things did happen. I guess my pace of my life here has now been set to a pretty comfortable rhythm, although there's still a lot of room within it for me to do a whole lot more with the things I love, especially in terms of music and photography. I recently figured out how to get my soundcard working properly with SONAR, and picked up a classical guitar along the way, so let's see if the songs that have been floating in my head for the last couple of years can finally be heard online somewhere at some point. Other than that I've been keeping myself busy with bits and pieces, exploring talents I never thought existed (and still don't), such as modelling for a friend's new fashion line, and playing the role of a cross dresser in a zero budget film school assignment. Let's hope the end result of both these acts of public humiliation will never see the light of day. To celebrate something a little more flattering, I have uploaded a brief collection of images taken back in April. They depict the things around me that inspire and hopefully can manage to do a little of the same to you. |
